Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if the merchandise is damaged or defective. Should you wish to return or exchange your product within 30 days, a 25% minimum restocking fee will be charged. Any return after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
2. All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Number. Please request a Return Number from us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send you the Return Number once the request has been processed. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus return shipping charges.
3. When requesting the Return Number, please state—
（1）Your invoice number.
（2）The product you wish to return.
（3）The reason for the return.
We will not accept returns without a Return Number.
4. Please print the Return Number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Ship the package to the following address—

5. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days of the Return Number issuance date. Products must also be in its original condition within its original packaging.
6. Please return the item via trackable method. DB Vitamin Outlet is not responsible for shipments lost during the return process.
7. Once the merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.
8. We take about 2-4 days to process any returns. Replacement of item(s) will be handled directly with customer service representatives.
